New Year’s Eve Party & First Night Boston

The New Year’s Eve party at Lord Wakefield Hotel has no cover charge and includes a complimentary deli buffet, party favors, and champagne toast at midnight. The North Ave. Band features Amy on vocals, Jim on guitar and vocals, Nick on vocals, Peter on guitar, Steve on drums, and Tom on bass. The North Ave Band performs everything from “3 AM” by Matchbox 20 and “Before He Cheats” by Carrie Underwood to “All Shook Up” by Elvis Presley and “Brown Eyed Girl” by Van Morrison.

There is a commuter train located one mile away from Lord Wakefield Hotel that will transport you to the annual festival that features the work of 1,000 artists in 200 performances and exhibits at 35 venues in the downtown Boston area. When you purchase a First Night Button, which is $18 for adults and free for children under 4, you will receive free admission to all events. First Night Boston events include the Roxbury Film Festival, the Grand Procession, midnight fireworks over Boston Harbor, and limited admission to Boston attractions like the Museum of Fine Arts and Boston Ballet. This is the 35th year of the First Night Boston Festival, and people from all over the region come to downtown Boston to celebrate the new year.
