“They made us feel at home, made FAMILY of us”

We recently received a touching testimonial from our friend Meredith who stayed with us at the Lord Wakefield Hotel. She was recovering from a cancer-related surgery that she received in the Greater Boston area.

As she began her testimonial, she said, “I just wanted to send out a BIG THANK YOU to the staff of the Lord Wakefield Hotel in MA.” Meredith stayed at our hotel with her best friend and was pleased at how the staff “made [them] feel at home, made FAMILY of us, and watched out for us during our month long stay.” Meredith sent out a special thank you to a few of our staff members including Karen, Richie, Robin, Kristin, Kelly, Shadow, Smitty, and Jay. Although she had the “Do not disturb” sign on the door most of the time during her stay, Meredith thanked the housekeeping staff that “were always friendly and helpful whenever [she] needed anything.” Meredith concluded the testimonial by stating, “YOU ARE ALL WONDERFUL AND WILL BE MISSED.” She hopes to come back next summer or fall.

The staff at Lord Wakefield Hotel know how provide a quality hotel room for guests and have fun with the entertainment at Lakeside Tavern, but most importantly, the staff knows how to make someone’s unfortunate situation much better. Meredith was a precious hotel guest, and we hope to see her and her friend back very soon.
